The Tapers Section is a show dedicated to live music recording. Most notably in the Jam Band circuit; with somewhat of a focus on shows recorded in and around the Charleston area. The latter portion of the show is devoted to local artists and their live performances.

This week on the Tapers Section is a discussion of upcoming Saturday March 2 at the Pour House. In addition to a jam packed Saturday featuring Big Richard and Sam Holt, the Pour House has generously offered to allow us to hold a celebration of life for our friend, and my taping partner George Rainey. Some local musicians have offered to play in my friend's memory. One more reason to love the Pour House, as a great local venue, a pillar in our music community, but also just great people ready to pitch in and help people at any time…
